  • updates to your course or offer

If you have a more general query, check the university or college website – they’re packed with information and can often answer your question.

If you do have to call your university, please be patient – their phone lines can get extremely busy at this time of year.

UCAS

If you need to talk to us, for a quick response it's best to use the phone or social media.

  • Call us if you have a change or request about your application.
  • We take your security very seriously, so we need to speak to you on the phone to process changes.

  • We're open Monday to Friday, 08:30-18:00. We will open at 08:00 on Thursday 17 August (UK times).
  • Calls will be charged at your standard network rate.
  • If you are calling from outside the UK, please call +44 330 3330 230. If you cannot access this number, please call +44 371 468 0 468 (this number may have a higher call rate).

Exam Results Helpline

Get help with exams results careers advice 2024

The National Careers Service will be delivering exam results support. You can contact the helpline on 0800 100 900 to speak to a professionally qualified careers adviser if you need advice on your next steps after receiving results.

The helpline will be open from Thursday 15 August until Saturday 31 August 2024:

  • 08:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday (UK time)
  • 10:00 – 17:00 Saturday (UK time)

If you're not sure about your next steps and need help to explore your options, SDS's expert careers advisers are at the end of the phone to help you and your parents or carer.
