Tim has worked for UCAS for ten years in a variety of roles within the operations business unit. He originally started in the contact centre, speaking with applicants, and progressed to the HEP and Schools Team. Tim has an in-depth knowledge of the various application services that UCAS provides, as he has also worked in the Service Delivery Team. Tim’s most recent roles within operations have been as Quality and Training Manager and currently working as a Team Manager.
