Admissions Conference 2021

Kyra attends Barton Peveril sixth form college in Hampshire where she is taking A-levels in History, Maths, Politics and Spanish. Due to her parents’ work assignments, growing up Kyra experienced life abroad in Hungary and the United States. This sparked a passion for understanding a breadth of ideas and an interest in how peoples and nations interact.  She plans to develop this passion by studying International Relations at university this year.

Although extra curricular activities have been curbed due to covid Kyra has remained active in college, having stood on the student senate, and taking part in the college formal debates. Outside of studying Kyra is a member and coach at a local badminton club. She enjoys reading, in particular classics, books on political ideas and critical thinking, and travel permitting, she enjoys visiting historical sites.
