James Wilmot, Director of Careers at The Priory Learning Trust, shares how they go beyond the benchmarks and comply with recent legislation while maintaining a pastoral and supportive career programme built around the needs of each student. The workshop will include key guidance on how to win the hearts and minds of parents, how to engage students with impactful events and activities and how to engage the wider team with shareable resources.
