Gina Visram is a careers-focused content creator (author, podcaster, TikToker) and a boundless enthusiast of facilitating all things “careers". As a qualified careers guidance professional, her current roles include head of careers at Alleyn's School in SE London, freelance careers consultant at the LSE and founder and career coach at Your Career and Future  (which incorporates the Dive Into Your Career podcast). She has been a Careers Leader in both the independent and state sectors, has a background in PR and marketing and her mission is to support students on their journey from education to employment, in a spirit of fun and optimism, not fear and overwhelm.
