The Annual Conference for Teachers and Advisers 2023

Kate works for Careers Wales, overseeing a team of Curriculum Consultants who support schools and colleges to develop and embed careers and work-related experiences (CWRE) across their curriculum. More recently, Kate has had responsibility for developing resources to support schools with a new Curriculum for Wales. Working in collaboration with the Career Development Institute and Welsh Government, Kate oversaw the development of a new Careers and Work-Related Experiences (CWRE) Toolkit, which was rolled out in January 2022. Currently, Kate is leading on the development of a new CWRE Quality Award for schools across Wales.
